Vascular Services

Michael Jenkins and Colin Bicknell are both experienced Consultant Vascular surgeons with a substantive NHS practice based at St Mary’s Hospital, Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust. They both have excellent clinical outcomes recorded on the National Vascular Registry (published by HQIP) and regularly receive referrals from all over the UK. Both are active in research, teaching and examining and are invited speakers at many National and International conferences.

Mr Michael Jenkins

Consultant Vascular Surgeon

Mr Jenkins is a Consultant Vascular Surgeon at St Mary’s Hospital, Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust with an expertise covering all vascular conditions from varicose veins to complex aneurysms.

Mr Colin Bicknell

Consultant Vascular Surgeon

Mr Bicknell is a Clinical Senior Lecturer and Consultant Vascular Surgeon at Imperial College, London, with a clinical interest in complex aneurysm surgery.

Hasema Patel


Hasema has been a medical Secretary to Mr Jenkins and Mr Bicknell for 15 years working in a verybusy and demanding work environment.

Thoracoscopic Sympathectomy and Botox treatments for sweating Some patients have severe lifestyle limitations because of hyperhydrosis

Peripheral Arterial Disease

Where necessary, some patients can be treated with balloon angioplasty +/- stenting to improve symptoms.
